Sending Files

Send us your files If your files are over 120 MB we recommend sending them in on disk. Electronic files can be supplied on the following forms of removable media:	• Compact disk (CD) • Zip disk • Floppy disk • Syquest disk • Optical disk
E-mail your files If your files are reasonably small (under two megabytes), then e-mail may be the easiest method. Compress your files as described below and e-mail them to kenl@cinci.rr.com. Please be sure to indicate your company name and other relevant information as part of the e-mail. It is very important to fax a hardcopy proof (513-677-0435) or attach a PDF "soft proof" to your e-mail.
Compressing your files We strongly recommend compressing all files into a single file using either Stuffit (Macintosh) or WinZip (PC/Windows). This not only makes uploading faster (because of the smaller total file size), but also can protect the files from damage during transfer.
